I think we often paralyse ourselves when we over analyse something before making a decision. I agree that it shouldn’t be a rushed decision, but sometimes you simply don’t have that time. You have to make a decision right here, right now. I know for a fact I made a rushed decision once or twice and it burned me — I failed to consider more possibilities and do my due diligence. On the other hand, I’ve had one or two situations where I did the best I could with the information I had and it turned out relatively OK.

It all depends on the person and circumstances.
