Nelson I think you have provided some really valuable insight here with the background on the decision for Facebook to make the change.

Getting a personal engagement is important and lead the person to engage with you on messenger. As you mention, using a chatbot is a great way to star the engagement. From there, you can drop a link to your website or landing page where you want them to visit or invite them to subscribe to your newsletter.

Either way, the engagement has to have a human touch with personal content, and it needs to encouraging dialogue between you and yourself. I have read from a few freelancers and entrepreneurs that they will post more content on their personal feeds instead of on their business page.

I am interested to see whether that will work or not.
