Millennials have turned the market upside down. I think it’s an incredible example of how complex the business world has become. You’ve outline how we should approach and treat Milennails which is a big help.

One of the things that I think is so important is their expectation to have instant gratification. It’s easy to get as everything is virtual online and accessible via mobile, tablet, computer. Businesses have to get that right in order to succeed.

That instant gratification also applies in a corporate setting too!
