ICOs are a great thing, don’t get me wrong. We need to see a more regulated market to make it really effective. Now you point out the second wave that’s coming — I am really looking forward to it. My only concern/question — does that come with some kind of reg structure too?

I have always said, we need to have regulation, but it has to be regulation that is forward thinking. Nothing should be based on the 90s or even early 2000s mindset. That approach never works.
