I think it kind of makes sense. If you think about it — at 40 you have a lot of professional experience, and a lot of experience. Now, I am not saying there aren’t young, successful entrpeneurs out there — there are. I just think that it’s not a surprise that the many successful entrepreneurs are those who are older with more life experience.

Of course, you need professional experience, but life experience is something that you simply can’t put a price on.

naturally, we should even it out so that the younger generation can succeed. I think we will see more and more of this as the gig economy takes full force and more people turn to freelancing.
