I had a read through this in some detail. I think you do raise some valid points specifically surrounding the cost, ROI, and that there are frauds that take place. There is definitely some truth in that. But, there are always improvements as technology advances. It’s also about Government coming up with a 21st century framework to manage 21st century complexity.

It’s something where we have not yet harnessed the full power of the technology.
