I agree with you to some extent that’s hard. However, there is another big part.
You need a good sleep to wake up. Part of that is having a good night routine that helps you unwind and fall asleep. I think that takes practice and consistency. Once that is mastered, then you can get into a good routine of waking up early and refreshed. Naturally, I can understand for “night owls” this is tough, but it still boils down to routine.
