Covid-19 has changed the world as we know, so there must be serious reform to prepare for similar occurrences in the future. I don’t think it’s only about shortening the work week. The so called “Work/Life Balance” is nonsense as well. It seems unreasonable to cage people to work 9–5 or a similar regime just to have standard working hours. There should exist some kind of regime giving people more flexibility. If they want to work from 6am — 12pm then 11pm — 2am then let them do it. Obviously, I do understand that some businesses may not be able to follow such a model. However, given the age of the Internet and most things happening online, I don’t see the issue with it.

The other thing that comes to mind is — offices. I dislike them. I would much prefer to work from home. There should be more flexibility in this area too.
