Absolutely right — it takes experience and maturity to get the right formula of patience and consistency coupled with decision making.

I think we have a tendency to fall into that trap. It reminds of when you’re in your car and skidding — natural reaction is to jerk the wheel the other way, but the right way is to turn the wheel in the same direction as the car is skidding.
